Gavin participated in a Holiday concert for Heritage Elementary. The theme was holidays from around the world. They had it at the Senior High School auditorium. They actually had two concerts - am and pm - to split all of the classes in half. So, three of the five kindergarten classes performed in the morning. Each grade (K-5) sang at least three songs. The older kids read their own introductions and explained the songs they would be singing. The kindergarten sang Spin the Dreidel, a Japanese Snow Song and Rock Around the Christmas Tree (not the one you are thinking - way cute). The Japanese Snow Song was really pretty. Gavin is ever the true performer. He learned all of the motions and moves and knew all of the words to the songs. It was a really nice performance.
